A wide range of animal care

Sometimes you need someone to care  just as much as you

At Just About Paws we understand the guilt that is felt when those eyes stare back at you when you have to leave your four legged friend. We would like to make their experience as positive as possible by taking them on familiar walks in and around Sheffield or simply visiting them so that they know they are not alone.
  1. Dog Walking Meet & Greet
We feel that it is extremely important for us to meet you and your dog during a free home visit. We would like to build a relationship with you and your dog from the start. This introduction gives us a chance to establish your needs and requirements and continue your routine as much as possible.
  2. Dog Walking
We are insured for six dogs at any one time however we will endeavour to keep the group walks to a maximum of four dogs. It may be necessary at times due to the locations that an additional dog may be in transit. Dogs will be carefully introduced to one another in order that they feel comfortable with each others company. This will help them to socialise and relax in and amongst their canine companions. Your dog will be either be walked from your house or taken to a suitable venue to be exercised. This may mean that your dog is out of the house for longer than their allocated time. If your dog is unable to join a group walk then a one on one walk can be offered.
  3. Cat Sitting & small animal visits
Cats in particular are good candidates for pet visits. Allowing them to be looked after in their own home can greatly reduce the stress and anxiety they experience when you are not around. An added benefit of the pet visits is having someone regularly visiting your home and keeping an eye on your house while you are away. We tailor what is included in our pet visits to suit you and your pet. We will come to your house once or twice a day, depending upon requirements, and each visit can include any combination of the following: o Clean and re-fill food and water bowls o Clean litter trays o Bring in newspapers/mail o Put out bins o Water plants o Open/close blinds or curtains o Turn lights/heating on/off
  4. Puppy or sick animal visits
Your new puppy is unable to venture out into the big wide world until they have had all of their vaccinations. We are willing to come to your home and visit them so that they can be toileted and enjoy a play session to break up the day. It may be that your pet is injured or unwell and you need someone to check up on them. We would be more than willing to visit them.
